I began this blog 4 years ago with no clear vision except that I wanted to create. What exactly these creations would be, I didn't know. In a sense, I still don't know.
But I have found that when the pen hasn't been dipped into the inkwell for a while, it gets harder to find that descriptive voice and the colours with which to paint the picture in my mind. The rust settles thickly on any kind of clarity, and there is an obstruction to the flow: I grope for a way to word what I want to say.
Ink can dry from being unwritten - so I guess this is a kind of "filling up" of that inkwell. Thank you for taking the time to read, and watch this space for all the catching up to do! :)
On another note, I've finally gotten around to creating a simple website(s!).
I've been a stickler for Webs.com. The old-time simplicity of it is perfect to deliver just-enough and no more, and that's the way I like it. But the way the back-end of the site has been behaving with uploads lately, it got me a little paranoid.
So I signed up with Wix, too, as a safety net :P (overkill!)
